Bootheel Project (USA Division)
- Contains an NI 43-101 Indicated Resource of 1.48 million pounds of uranium (2.07 million tonnes grading 0.036% U3O8) and an Inferred Resource of 3.13 million pounds of uranium (4.00 million tonnes grading 0.039% U3O8)
- Preliminary bottle roll leach tests indicate uranium extraction of greater than 90%
- Uranium mineralization on the properties has the potential to be recovered by in-situ recovery methods
Central Mineral Belt Uranium/Vanadium Project (CMB Division)
- Hosts uranium and vanadium prospects in the C Zone Corridor and Two Time Zone
- C Zone contains an NI 43-101 uranium resource of 5.19 million pounds Indicated (6.92 million tonnes at 0.034% U3O8) and 5.82 million pounds Inferred (8.17 million tonnes at 0.032% U3O8) and vanadium resource of 42.82 million pounds Indicated (14.71M tonnes at 0.152% V2O5) and 93.62 million pounds Inferred (28.34M tonnes at 0.160% V2O5)
- Two Time Zone contains an NI 43-101 Indicated Resource of 2.33 million pounds of uranium (1.82 million tonnes grading 0.058% U3O8) and an additional inferred resource of 3.73 million pounds (3.16 million tonnes grading 0.053% U3O8)
- Resources remain open along strike and to depth
Golden Promise Project (Gemini Metals Division)
- Jaclyn Main Zone contains an NI 43-101 Inferred Resource of 921,000 tonnes averaging 3.02 g Au/t (89,500 contained ounces of gold)
- Composite quartz vein zone up to 4 metres in true thickness characterized by coarse visible gold
- 7,220 metres of diamond drilling in 36 holes completed in 2010
- A trenching and bulk sampling program produced a total of 313.59 ounces of gold and 23.05 ounces of silver with a back-calculated head grade of 5.59 g/t gold with an 80% recovery
South Golden Promise Project (Gemini Metals Division)
- Large land position in a highly prospective, emerging gold belt
- Surface assays up to 232 g/t gold
- Significant drill intercepts of up to 19.5 g/t gold over 1.15 metres including 63.3 g/t gold over 0.35 metres
- Project is host to Linda/Snow White Vein Zone - defined over 170 metres strike length and up to 5 metres wide - open in all directions
