| Mark J. Morabito, B.A., J.D. Executive Chairman of the Board | | | Mr. Morabito has over 15 years' experience in public markets with a strong focus on junior mining with extensive experience in capital-raising and corporate development. Mr. Morabito founded and has been the principal driving force behind a number of successful resource development companies including Alderon Iron Ore Corporation, Crosshair Energy Corporation, Excelsior Mining Corp and others. He led the team that struck an off-take agreement between Alderon and Hebei, China's largest steel producer, worth over $400 million. He is also the founder of King & Bay West (formerly Forbes West), which specializes in identifying, funding, developing and managing resource-based opportunities, with a special interest in the junior mining sector. Mr. Morabito has a BA from Simon Fraser University and completed his J.D. at the University of Western Ontario. |

| Jay Sujir, L.L.B. Director | | | Mr. Sujir is a securities and natural resource lawyer, who has considerable experience in advising and assisting public companies. He obtained his B.A. from the University of Victoria in 1981 and obtained his L.L.B. in 1985. He has been a lawyer in the law firm of Anfield Sujir Kennedy & Durno and its predecessor since August 1986 and has been a partner of that firm since 1991. |

| Stewart Wallis, P.G., P. Geo. Director | | | Mr. Wallis received his B.Sc. in Geology from McMaster University located in Hamilton, Ontario. His professional affiliations include: APEG Saskatchewan; APEG B.C.; Wyoming Professional Geologist; Certified Professional Geologist (AIPG); Fellow, Society of Economic Geologists; Member, Society of Mining Engineers.
Mr. Wallis began his career with Cominco Ltd. carrying out exploration for base and precious metals throughout eastern Canada. Since 1994, he has been the Managing Director of Sundance Ventures and Sundance Geological Ltd, which provide geological services including due diligence, prefeasibility and NI 43-101 Technical Reports on gold, PGE, uranium and base metal operating and exploration properties located throughout the world.
During the period from 2003 to 2006, Mr. Wallis was the General Manager, Vancouver office, for Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. During this time, he carried out due diligence on numerous uranium properties located in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Namibia, Finland and the western US. From June 2007 until joining Crosshair in March 2009, Mr. Wallis was the President of Target Exploration and Mining where he worked on advancing Target's flagship uranium project, Bootheel, towards production. Mr. Wallis served as Crosshair's President & CEO from 2009 until his retirement in April 2012. |

| Chris Healey, P.Geo. Director | | | Mr. Healey is a licensed professional geologist in British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Wyoming with over 40 years of experience in the natural resources industry, with particular emphasis on uranium exploration and extraction. He has held senior positions with Cameco Corporation, the world's largest uranium producer, where he served for over 20 years and managed its US operations. Most recently, Mr. Healey was President and CEO of Titan Uranium Corp. prior to its merger with Energy Fuels Inc. He is currently President and CEO of Galaxy Capital Corp, having been appointed to this role on March 1, 2012, in addition to serving on the boards of Galaxy Capital Corp, Carmax Mining Corp and Ansell Capital Corp.
Mr. Healey graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Wales, Swansea in 1968. He also served as the national president of the Geological Society of Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum. In addition to belonging to several key industry associations, he has published several scientific papers on resource and reserve evaluations. |

| Chris Collingwood, BComm Independent Director | | | Chris Collingwood is the Chairman and CEO of Baine Johnston Corp. ("Baine Johnston"), a privately held Newfoundland firm. Baine Johnston is active in commercial and industrial real estate, commercial insurance, Leon's Furniture Ltd. Franchised Operations for Newfoundland and has investments in a number of other Newfoundland companies.
Baine Johnston also owns Cape Harrison Marine Limited ("CHML") of which Mr. Collingwood is Chairman and CEO. CHML has boats that service the offshore oil and gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico, the North Sea, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nova Scotia, and also operates tugs that handle the oil tankers that supply the Come By Chance Refinery/North Atlantic Petroleum.
Mr. Collingwood is a board member of a number of Newfoundland and Labrador companies including Consilient Technologies Ltd. and Pan Maritime Energy Services Inc. He is also a past public director of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada ("IDA"). |

| Derrick (Rick) Gill, B.Comm Independent Director | | | From 1995 to 2007, Mr. Gill was executive vice president and a director of Voisey's Bay Nickel Company Inc. (VBNC). His principle responsibility was government relations and public affairs. He was a member of the 3 person team that negotiated the Voisey's Bay Development Agreement with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and was chief negotiator for the Impacts and Benefits Agreements with the Nunatsiavut Government and the Innu Nation.
Mr. Gill was executive vice president and director of Diamond Fields Resources Inc. (DFR) in 1995 and 1996. He was the resident executive of DFR for the Voisey's Bay project in Newfoundland and Labrador with specific responsibilities for government and aboriginal relations. He also managed corporate communications and was company spokesperson with the news and financial trade media during the takeover battle between Inco and Falconbridge for the $4.3 billion acquisition of VBNC. Mr. Gill has more than 30 years' experience as an executive and director of public and private companies operating throughout North and South America. Mr. Gill is a principal consultant and director of Strategic Concepts Inc. (SCI), which provides strategic planning, financial modeling and business development services to numerous resource companies. Mr. Gill co-founded SCI in 1990. |
